Delicious food served at the restaurant, friendly staff, and a terrace to relax on. Cons: Bugs in the bathroom, room not adequately cleaned, and light shining through the glass door at night. Couldn't reach anyone in the morning to store luggage.

The double room at Lost & Found - Colombo was is totally rad! The air conditioning was a blessing after a long day of exploring in the hot Colombo weather. Plus, the tile/marble floor gave the room a classy touch. Loved it!
Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the tile/marble floor in the room. It felt a bit cold and not as cozy as I would have liked.

The restaurant serving local, Asian and international cuisine at Stay Lost & Found-Colombo is a hidden gem. The food was so delicious that it transported me to culinary heaven. The flavors were a perfect symphony, leaving my taste buds dancing with joy. It was like having a gastronomic adventure without leaving the comfort of the hotel.

The hotel had a charming and elegant decoration that reminded me of a cozy English cottage. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for senior people like myself. The hotel's accessibility was also commendable, with easy access to amenities and facilities, ensuring a pleasant stay for older guests.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in terms of catering to the needs of senior people. While the children working there were polite and obliging, it would have been even better if they had offered more assistance or services specifically tailored to seniors, such as assistance with luggage or mobility aids.

Great value for the money, with a spacious room, comfortable bed, and good AC. The location was fantastic, tucked away in a peaceful and tidy street, yet close to a bustling main street. The staff, including the housekeeper Dashari and manager Anthony, were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood had a charming atmosphere, with a nearby temple area and a great shopping center.
Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement, maybe adding more variety or options to choose from.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always available to assist me with any needs or concerns I had, making my stay comfortable and worry-free.
I would have preferred if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Had a great time over xmas at this hotel. The rooms were big and bright, with clean bathrooms. The staff were really kind and always willing to help. The hotel is located close to the city and major activities, making it convenient for sightseeing. The WiFi was excellent and the food at the restaurant was delicious. A special shoutout to Darsen, the housekeeper, who made my stay even more comfortable. Plus, they were kind enough to let me keep some things there after check-out.
Only one small issue during my stay: there were some cockroaches in the bathroom one day. But I guess this is just a common issue in the area.

The staff, including Manager Indika Siriwardena and Chef Pathum Senanayaka, were beyond amazing! I am so grateful for their incredible service. I can't even begin to express my thanks to them. They definitely deserve a score of 10000000000000! ❤️???????????❤️❤️❤️❤️????❤️. You have to see it with your own eyes to believe it! ❤️??❤️??. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! Special shoutouts to housekeeper Dashari and Manager Anthony for their warmth and helpfulness. The entire team was fantastic! ? The standard double room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and the shared bathroom was clean. Plus, the restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. Make sure to try their super yummy pineapple juice! The neighborhood around the hotel was also the best in town! It was a small, tidy street near a main road, with a nearby temple and a great shopping center. I highly recommend staying here!? Lost and found is conveniently located near various landmarks. We booked two private bedrooms on the 1st floor, one with a private bathroom and the other using the common showers. The downstairs patio and outside terrace were lovely and relaxing. Such a good hotel with spacious rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, and close proximity to major attractions. It was perfect for the full moon festival, as it was right next to it. The restaurant served tasty food and the AC worked well. The staff were really friendly.
